Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the maintenance and accountability of the stock inventory.
- Isolate any product which comes with quantity variance respect to the quantity indicated on the COC provided by QC.
- Notify the quality assurance department of any such problematic issue and record an appropriate document.
- Update NAV system and Finished Goods inventory records (Excel format) after the packer completed the counting process.
- Ensure all packaging process working according with company established standards procedures in every aspect of the product.
- Assigned and allocated jobs to the respective packers to perform the packaging process as per the established packing procedure
- Prepare purchase requisition for consumable stock replenishment.
- Carry out ad hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in inventory management or packaging supervision.
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese to communicate effectively with team members and management.
- Computer literate, familiar with Microsoft Excel and NAV system (or similar inventory software).
- Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented in managing inventory and packaging processes.
- Able to work independently and lead a team of packers to ensure packaging procedures are followed.
- Willing to work 5.5 days work week and perform overtime as required based on workload.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle ad-hoc tasks.
